  Not sure why this area has gotten such high ratings for "customer service." I went here over 2 or 3 months ago and the lady Francine was not helpful from the get go. You could tell that she really needs more practice on how to do her job, she just knows the basics and shows that you don't need to know a lot to get a job here.. I sent emails on two occasions where she has not "received" them so I had to forward them again and I never gotten a response if she got them or not. It is my money that they are dealing with so I expect better service than I have been given. I give them zero stars, if it were possible.
