  The owner of the business was rude to her customers, m sister and myself. Her name is Isabel, she is a tax preparer who doesn't know how to do her job. It seemed like I personally knew more about taxes even though I only did taxes for one season. She supposedly has 18 years of experience. She suggested to my sister who is married that she should file as single even though she knew that she was married in order to get a bigger refund. She then stated that "I'm going to call the cops" and she said "You smell like Marijuana" in order to give cops a reason to come out. I do not smoke marijuana but even if I did, it's legal to smoke marijuana in California. I will be reporting her to the IRS, please don't​ prepare any taxes here!
